Prices for GTA peaked at $1.3M in January 2022 then dropped to $1.1M in July 2022 and have trended lower since then but are slowly coming back. (Check the graph!)
Cobourg prices peaked at $1.1M in January 2022 but have continually dropped since then although they appear to have reached bottom - see graph.
